All orders accepted by F_OIL APOTHECARY are subject to these terms and conditions. Any person who places an order with f_OIL APOTHECARY (“Customer”) is bound by these terms and conditions.
DISCLAIMER: Our products are made by hand in wellington, using ingredients sourced from local wholesalers. we do our best to make sure the information and instructions given to us and not mislead customers in any way. our ingredients and product information are on our website. please always do your own research before using any new product, and patch test all products before use. we aim to use incredients we can read and understand ourselves. if you would like more information please email me at [email protected]
'apothecary' to us means making our products by hand. we are not a pharmacy nor do we claim have a medical or herbalist backround. our formulations are created from research, science and proven home remedies. we do not claim to offer medical advice, diagnosis or treat. we believe in our produts and offer quality products. we use https://www.healthline.com and use many other resources to create our recipes.
PRICES: The prices and names of products listed on the f_OIL APOTHECARY website (WWW.FOILAPOTHECARY.COM) are current but we may change the price, name of any product or ingredient/fragrance at any time.
CURRENCY: Purchases are charged using $NZ.
ORDERING: f_OIL APOTHECARY reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. We will fulfil orders to the customer’s requirements, and will not substitute an ordered product for another product unless requested by the customer or the ordered product has been superseded.
rECEIPT OF GOODS: The Customer must inspect all products supplied as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery of any of the following:
+Any product defect that can be detected on reasonable examination. In this case f_oil apothecary shall, at f_oil apothecary's discretion, replace the product in accordance with the Warranty condition. The customer must refuse parcels delivered in a damaged condition.
+Any shortfall in products delivered. In this case f_oil apothecary shall, at its discretion, deliver the undelivered products.
+Any delivery of products not in accordance with the order. In this case F_oil apothecary shall, at f_oil apothecarys discretion, replace the product.
+If any of these conditions are met, the customer shall give written notice to F_oil apothecary within 7 days of delivery. If the Customer fails to give any such notice, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the relevant order as being delivered in accordance with the customer’s instructions and to have accepted the products as being free from all apparent defects.
+The remedies set out above are the customer’s exclusive remedies for non-delivery, late delivery or short delivery of products, apparent defects in ordered products, or delivery of products not in accordance with the order. F_oil apothecary shall not be liable for any other losses, consequential or otherwise.
PAYMENT: We accept internet transfers only. subject to authorisation. No other form of payment is accepted unless by prior approval. F_oil apothecary stockists are liable and resPonsible for all purchases of f_oil products sold via their store under their own terms + conditions agreements.If you are unsafisfied with a product sold by a stockist, you must return it to their store.
PRODUCT AND AVAILABILITY INFORMATION: All descriptions and illustrations of the products contained on the f_oil apothecary website or otherwise communicated to the customer are approximate only, and shall not form part of these terms and conditions. We endeavour to ensure information in the website is correct, but this cannot be guaranteed.
f_oil apothecary reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. F_oil apothecary reserves the right to discontinue any product or to change its design at any time. Unless otherwise confirmed, nothing on the web site is to be taken as a representation of the source of origin, manufacture, or production of any products or any part thereof.
pRODUCT APPLICATION & WARNING: As with all skincare + beauty products, we recommend performing a patch test first. Apply a small amount of product to skin (preferably on the wrist or behind the ear) and wait 24 hours. discontinue use if you have any reaction.
Warning: read all ingredients on our F_oil menu and Do not use if you have any allergies to our products. products are for external use only, keep away from your eyes. Pets and children.
F_oil apothecary does not accept any liability for the misuse of any products or for not following any of the product warnings or application instructions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: The customer may not cancel an order once accepted by f_oil apothecary. Any cancellation (or part cancellation) of an order will only be accepted on f_oil apothecary's consent and the customer must indemnify f_oil apothecary in respect of any expense incurred by F_oil apothecary relating to the cancellation of any order.
FORCE MAJEURE: F_oil apothecary will not be in breach of its contract with the Customer for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, its obligations under these terms and conditions if that delay or failure was due to any cause or circumstance beyond F_oil apothecary's reasonable control or by its inability to procure products required for the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions. F_oil apothecary shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of, or inability to deliver, any orders.
